The ReTurn to YourSelf Intensive Program is designed to provide you with the supportive guidance to go within & heal painful patterns at their root, helping you learn to identify and release all the inner blocks that keep you from living your life to its fullest.

This intensive program offers mindfulness-based, self-enquiry coaching and practical tools to assist in healing from issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addictive behaviours, grief and illness.

This program offers support and guidance designed to help clients experience true healing and transformation.

During this program you will:

~ Heal and transform negative patterns and self-defeating behaviours

~ Identify and transform core-beliefs that are blocking true well-being & happiness

~ Strengthen your relationship with yourSelf by learning practices that will release self-doubt, judgement and

old patterns of negative self-talk

~ Release the grip of resentment through practices designed to support letting go and embodying authentic forgiveness

~ Bring awareness to issues that are affecting your acceptance of your body and your ability to open your heart fully.

~ Embrace self-care, self-compassion, self-trust, self-acceptance and self-love

Optional Plant Medicine Retreat:

Plant medicine retreats have gained significant popularity as a transformative tool for individuals seeking profound personal growth and healing. Rooted in ancient traditions and wisdom, these retreats offer a unique and powerful way to catalyze deep inner transformation. 

Plant medicine serves as a mirror, reflecting our internal landscape and guiding us on a journey back to our true selves.

This journey, though sometimes challenging, is a vital aspect of healing and growing, both within and beyond the ceremony's boundaries.

A plant medicine ceremony can bring emotions, fears, and discomfort to the surface, urging us to confront them and recognize our power to choose how to address them in the present moment and throughout our lives.

In ceremony you will be safely guided and supported as you journey within revealing how your perceptions, values, and beliefs have been shaped and they can be shifted to create a different path forward.

Billie is a trained and experienced Trauma Informed Plant Medicine Guide and Integration Coach and will complete a thourough intake with all interested participants before registration to ensure everyones comfort and safety is respected in program.

You will also receive continued integration support following the completion of the program as you chart your path to personal freedom.

Cancellation Policy:

For retreats, trainings, ceremonies, and other services; we ask that you give us a minimum of 30 days or more advance notice in order for a full refund of the deposit to be issued minus a $25 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received between 29 to 15 days in advance, a 50% refund of the deposit will be issued minus a $25 admin fee.

Final payment is due 14-days in advance - No Exceptions

If notice of cancellation is received 14-days or less in advance, no refund of the deposit or final payment will be issued.

We require a minimum of four participants in order to offer the program. If for any reason we do not have 4 participants registered we will offer any registered participants the next available date or a full refund with a minimum notice of 30 days notice.

From the moment I stepped on the property at Gaia Wellness Retreat in Wakefield QC, I felt deeply connected with the energy of the land and the spirit of Pachamama. That connection has inspired and supported the deep healing work made possible in that space.

So as we transitioned away from our beloved home in Wakefield, I went searching for a similar connection to a space that would emenate the same energy and quality service that we have been able to offer our guests for the past 6 years.
