Meet Don Lucho, the wise owner and main shaman at Kapitari.

His ancestors trace from the Cocama tribe near Iquitos, Peru, and his incredible connection with Mother Nature began at a very young age. At just 12 years old, he delved into the mystical world of Amazon jungle plants and spirits. Instead of relying on second-hand knowledge, he chose the path of his ancestors, learning from nature itself.

With well over 50 years of experience in ancestral medicine and Ayahuasca ceremonies, Don Lucho is a true maestro. Beyond healing, he passionately safeguards Mother Nature and has an awe-inspiring permaculture project admired by global environmentalists.

As Peru’s Brand Ambassador, he represented shamans on a captivating journey across Europe. His knowledge of plant medicine and sustainable agricultural methods earned him admiration from experts and scientists worldwide. Don Lucho is not just a shaman; he’s an earth-loving visionary with an incredible gift for healing and nurturing nature.

Shamanic Healing Sessions

Billie is an Empathic Intuitive, Certified Usui and Shamanic Reiki Healer

Billie is able to act as a channel between the physical and the spirit world. Her unique gifts allow her to see and hear messages, as well as feel things which are often reflected through her own physical being as she experiences a deep connection with the Earth and the Spirit World.

A healing session with Billie is a renewing experience that can provide comfort and guidance  for personal growth and health through the messages that the Spirits provide.

Energy and Shamanic Healing serve as excellent complements to ceremonial work, as they help ready the nervous system for the medicine and can assist participants in aligning their intentions.

During the retreat Joe will also be offering group breathwork therapy.

Breathwork Therapy

Joey Damiani is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Breathwork Coach And CCF Certified Life Coach.

The goal of any breathwork therapy is to support people in achieving a greater sense of self-awareness and capacity for self-healing. It also helps people work toward overall improvement in mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

When you take time to slow down and purposefully breathe deeply and slowly, you tell your brain that everything is OK. Your brain communicates to your body that it’s safe to relax. The fight or flight response decreases, and your body can begin to function normally again.

It’s easy to become overwhelmed by stress and feel out of control. When you focus on breathing, you allow your body the chance to reset and recover from the negative side effects of stress.

20 Min Tuck Tuck Ride to Amazon River:

Approx cost $20/each

20 min Boat Ride up Amazon River then hike 2k into and out of the jungle to the centre.
