Cancellation Policy:

For retreats, trainings, ceremonies, and other services offered within Canada; we ask that you give us a minimum of 31 days or more advance notice in order for a full refund of the deposit or other payments to be issued minus a $50 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received 30-days or less in advance, no refund of the deposit or final payment will be issued.

Final payment is due 30-days in advance - No Exceptions!

For retreats abroad; we ask that you give us a minimum of 90 days or more advance notice in order for a full refund to be issued minus a $100 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received between 90 to 60 days in advance, 50% refund will be issued minus a $100 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or less, no refund is issued

A 50% minimum deposit is required for all retreats and programs.
